As a Scot living in the States I love to use celtic designs in my work, both as a stained glass artist and an engraver.
I was trained in Stained Glass at the Edinburgh College of Art and after many years of exploring different media have returned to glass as my main source of inspiration. Nothing transmits color like sunlight streaming through a piece of vibrant glass!
I hope you enjoy what I have to offer here.I will be including a variety of things for you to look at, from the humblest wee suncatcher to the more complicated work I love to do the most.
All of my stained glass designs are original so if there’s something you’d like I’m willing to work with you to create something that will make your heart sing.
My other obsession is with carving ostrich eggs.(I know, weird, right?) I’m happy to carve or paint whatever you would like on an egg. Just let me know what you’d like and we can work out the details!
I also engrave glassware and mirrors, etc and can personalize items just for you!
